How is the voucher delivered?
When you make an order, your voucher will be delivered to your inbox. If you selected “Send Gift Voucher to Recipient” your recipient will also receive receive an email with the voucher attached, along with your personalised message.
How does one redeem a gift voucher?
To redeem a gift voucher the recipient will need to get in touch by email and include the original voucher PDF. We will process the voucher and create the order.
Do vouchers have an expiration date?
The gift voucher is valid for 5 years from the purchase date.
